Preparation Instructions for our Premium Arabica Turkish Coffee

1. Measure Water: Start by measuring the cold water required for your Turkish coffee.

2. Heat Water: Place the water in a pot over medium-high heat. Allow it to warm up without reaching a boil.

3. Add Coffee: Add 1-2 heaping teaspoons (or 1 tablespoon) of coffee per demitasse cup (3 oz). Let the coffee float on the surface without stirring.

4. Add Sugar: If desired, add sugar to taste, but do not stir. Let the water warm a little to dissolve the sugar.

5. Stir and Foam: Once the coffee sinks into the water and the temperature rises, stir the mixture several times. Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until foam starts to form.

6. Bubble Formation: As small bubbles begin to form, lower the heat further or remove the pot from the stove. Be cautious of the bubble size for the perfect brew.

7. Foam Stage: Keep your coffee at the foamy stage (around 158°F or 70°C) without allowing it to boil. Stir gently if necessary to maintain a rich, thick froth for enhanced flavor.
