Is Alrifai still shipping during this time?

Yes. We are still fulfilling orders as of today; the service of shipping has not be grounded worldwide. If we foresee a potential problem with delivering your order will cancel the order and fully refund you the cost even if the order has been shipped.

 

Is Alrifai Prepared for COVID-19?

Yes. We do not foresee any shortage of raw materials for the short term, we are stocked on most necessary raw materials to conduct our daily operations to support our partners and customers.

 

Does COVID-19 transmit via food?

Currently there is no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with transmission of COVID-19. 

Unlike food-borne gastrointestinal (GI) viruses like norovirus and hepatitis A that often make people ill through contaminated food, SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, is a virus that causes respiratory illness. Food-borne exposure to this virus is not known to be a route of transmission.
