Shandib Zalou' Honey
Made by bees gathering nectar in fields of Shandib Mountain, this honey is exceptionally light and robust in flavor. Never heated, it retains the natural pollens and enzymes often lost during processing.
We also added Ferula Hermonis, a Middle Eastern species of plant, native to Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon. The epithet Hermonis refers to Mount Hermon on the border between Syria and Lebanon. Common names include Zallouh (Arabic: زلّوع) and Lebanese Viagra. The latter name alludes to the traditional use of the roots of this plant as a purported aphrodisiac.SOLD IN: Glass Jar 775g (27.3 oz)
