If you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to our Customer Care Service before taking any further action. It's important to retain the product, original packaging, accompanying paperwork, and packing materials for our assessment.

Please note that cash refunds are only considered in rare cases where we deem it appropriate. Instances where refunds are not offered include:

  • Bags arriving in an "un-vacuumed" condition after being vacuumed in-store (product quality remains guaranteed for up to 3 months).
  • Placing an order for the incorrect product variant.
  • Receiving items in less-than-perfect condition due to overseas shipment and handling.
  • Order delays experienced during peak seasons.

Order Cancellations 
Cancellation requests are typically accepted only prior to the fulfillment date of the order. Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if it's proven that they are missing from the shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at help@alrifai.com. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
