Shipping or transit times provided by Rifai or other parties should be viewed as estimates only. To minimize potential delays, especially for international orders subject to customs checks, we recommend placing your order in a timely manner.

International Shipping

We proudly offer global shipping to many destinations worldwide. However, please note that we are unable to ship to the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.

It's important to be aware that certain countries have regulations in place that prohibit the shipment of food items. We recommend verifying your country's legislation before placing an order if you have any concerns.

For international orders, please expect an average transit time of approximately 4-5 working days once your order has been fulfilled. Our fulfillment process typically takes between 24 to 48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please be advised that any country-specific taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not cover these charges.

For shipments to European destinations, it is mandatory to include your TAX ID in the order notes or Address 2 section, as required by DHL.

Furthermore, in accordance with customs regulations in France and Greece regarding food parcels, customers are required to provide the name of a broker or clearing agent in the additional notes section during checkout. This information is crucial for facilitating customs clearance upon the arrival of your goods. Orders lacking this necessary information will regrettably not be shipped and will be cancelled.

Shipping in Lebanon

    All orders are processed within the same day for locations within Greater Beirut. For orders outside Greater Beirut, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upon upfront with the customer.
